AIRTEL 2G DATA RATES REDUCED FOR SELECTED PLANS

Airtel has slashed the 2G data rates up to 90 percent on select plans for pre-paid customers in Punjab and Haryana. According to the new plans, customers buying recharge vouchers of Rs 22 (125 MB data for 30 days), Rs 25 (150 MB data for 30 days) and Rs 125 (1GB free data for 90 days) can continue using data at 1 paisa per 10 KB after the free data limitwithin the validity period. Previously the data charges for these plans were 10 paisa per 10KB. As you can see, the validity of the vouchers has been increased.
Airtel did not announce when the new rates would come into effect in other circles.
