Snapdeal, one of the online marketplaces for phones in India. It is showing upas available for Rs.10,390 with delivery slate as
"dispatched within 15 business days" which is normal for any phone
they sell. The low-mid end Windows Phone 8 device was initially set to launch globally in Q2, but, India being an important market and following the relatively good success of the Lumia 510, it seems to

The device comes with some decent specifications, like the 4 inch IPS
display and good internals like the 1GHz dual core Snapdragon S4
processor with 512 MB of RAM, making it better than its predecessor,
the Lumia 510.
