*. Username: Blank
*. Password: Blank
*. Authentication Type: None
*. Proxy: 192.168.87.163
*. Port: 8080
*. Home Page: wap.yahoo.com

FOR DONGLE USER (PC)
*. Create New Profile in Connection Profile
*. Profile Name: mobirickz_BSNL
*. Select Static APN
*. Acces Point: Celloneportal
*. Username & Password: Blank
*. Now Save this Settings
*. Open Browser on which you want to access Internet.
*. For best use Navigate with Firefox or Google Chrome so you can easily configure setting.
*. Now open Settings of your browser.
*. Go to Network Settings
*. Enter manual Proxy Settings
*. Use this Proxy : 192.168.87.163 or 10.220.67.131 [ working in punjab tested ]
*. Enter the port: 80
*. Setup Home Page as : wap.yahoo.com
*. Save these Settings.
*. Open the Home Page if it is opened then
*. you can Enjoy Browsing.
