LONGEST BLACKBERRY SERVICE OUTAGE RESOLVED

If you are a BlackBerry user , you might have been
experiencing a tough time for the last few days with
BlackBerry services such as Email and BBM not
functioning in many parts of the world including India ,
Europe and USA.The company had initially attributed
the downtime to a switch failure within it’s network.
But then the network suffered downtime again due to
tremendous amount of backlog of emails flowing
through the system.Today RIM Founder and Co-CEO
Mike Lazaridis issued a public video apology accepting
responsibility for the downtime and that the company
is working round the clock to address the
issue.BlackBerry services seem be to back to normal in
most of the affected countries.
